房地产开发商 Ithra Dubai 正式公布全球首条黄金大道（Gold Street）的打造计划，意图将零售、黄金条块交易、批发及投资业务整合于同一区位。
这条大道的建设将用到黄金材料，是迪拜黄金区全新规划落地的核心内容。
迪拜黄金区为专项打造的特色地标，其建设初衷是进一步巩固迪拜在全球黄金及珠宝贸易领域的核心地位。
